about us

Niku means "meat" in Japanese, and true to that you can expect to find an array of authentic, meaty ramens in our menu. Vegans fear not, we have something for everyone and have many ways more than meat to fill your bowl with the richly textured umami goodness you crave in ramen.

 

Our chefs have been perfecting our recipe's for over four years now, and are proud to make them with traditional techniques, traditional tools and with the highest quality ingredients. Our fan-favorite Tonkotsu stands head and shoulders above others, with a rich and creamy broth dense with thick, juicy slices of pork, burnt garlic oil, blackwood mushrooms, scallions, pickled garlic and a dashing of sesame seeds. The quality of our ingredients as well as our time-perfected recipe's are the vital element of Niku Ramen and we couldn't be more proud of them and the people who cook them.

Our mission is to bring you not just the best ramen in Boston, but the best ramen full-stop, and we can't wait to see and serve you.
